Refund policy

Because every piece is printed to order just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll reprint it or refund you, your choice, at no cost. Email hello@godlifeclothing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, before it goes into production. After that, the order is already being printed and can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post it.

Group orders

Group and custom orders follow the terms in your quote.
