Overview

This website is operated by God Life Clothing ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Products and orders

Our products are printed to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and print placement can vary slightly from piece to piece. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Discounts can't be combined unless stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, returns, reprints and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The God Life name, the GOD + MUSIC = LIFE mark, designs, photos and site content belong to God Life Clothing. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using the site

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to submit false information. Messages or files you send us must be your own and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies when you use the site or place an order.
